Bringing joy to our scholars

Christmas came early for fifty bright and excited children of the Philippine International Aid (PIA) & Phil-Asia Assistance Foundation, Inc. (PAAFI) as they gathered on November 22, 2025, for a joyful celebration at the Hexagon Executive Lounge, RCBC Plaza, Makati City. The event, sponsored by The Tuesday Bible Class led by Yvonne Yuchengco, became one of the most memorable days of the year for these young beneficiaries from Grades 2 to 6.

From the moment the children entered the elegant venue, their eyes lit up with wonder and anticipation. The lounge was filled with laughter, color, and the warm spirit of Christmas—a spirit made even more joyful by a surprise appearance from renowned actor Bembol Roco, who delighted everyone as Santa Claus.

The program was lined with fun and engaging games like quiz bee, singing bee, and the boat is sinking. Their cheers, giggles, and competitive spirit filled the room, turning every activity into a moment of pure happiness.

A generous array of gifts awaited the children as well. Each beneficiary received a grocery bag, a box of Dunkin’ Donuts, a water flask, and a snack bag—tokens of love and care that made them feel truly special during this festive season.

More than just a party, the gathering was a reminder of the kindness that exists in the community. For many of these children, experiences like this are rare treasures—moments that brighten their year, boost their confidence, and remind them that they are valued.
